This is the second release from the Macallan Edition series. Edition No.2 is a collaboration between Macallan's master blender Bob Delgarno and legendary Spanish chefs Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca. The Rocas are the three brothers behind El Celler de Can Roca (named Best Restaurant in the World twice by Restaurant magazine). This single malt was drawn from a combination of sherry puncheons, butts and refill hogsheads.

Treacle, ginger, toffee apples and rich fruits. Layers of vanilla open into tropical fruits and subtle green wood.
Warm with spice as cracked black pepper and cloves join with hints of chocolate, brown sugar, oak and nuts. Finally, liquorice and brandy snaps come through.
Full, slow, warm and wonderfully viscous.
